Akhirnya tarikh sebenar dah dikeluarkan, klu ikut kalender Putrajaya event 2011 sepatutnya karnival Belon Panas Antarabangsa ni berlangsung minggu lepas, tapi selepas perubahan tarikh dilakukan akhirnya tarikh 3rd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon fiesta 2011 adalah seperti berikut:

Tarikh /Date : 17 -20 March 2011

Tempat/Venue : At the same place, Precinct 2, Putrajaya near Millennium Monument.

Masa/Time : 7.am till 9 pm.

as far that i know 13 countries have take part and about 20 or more participant.
